The choke on the Warrior is an enrichment choke, in other words, it lets extra gas in to help a cold motor start instead of a choke butterfly valve like a lot of carbs. The fact that it runs with the choke tells me one thing, you are not getting enough fuel to the motor without the extra the choke provides. You either have a low float level starving your quad for gas, or your pilot jet is getting water or trash in it, it is VERY tiny and takes nothing to plug up, and without it, your quad won't idle. You have to remove it, make sure it is spotless, I use a strand of wire from a wire brush to probe out all the holes when I clean one, and blow it out with carb cleaner and then an air gun, then shine a light on it to make sure all the ports are open. Then, I would get a small inline filter from your tank to your carb, sounds like you have some stuff in your tank that keeps gumming up your carb.
