A few more thoughts on set up... I read in here about folks who assembled their quad in a hour or so... Nice if your going for a assy record time .. not so good if want to have few problems with it..
My first one took 10 hrs.. (but I did write a assy instructions sheet) next ones took 4-5 hrs each.. Thats putting blue loctite on all the smaller fasteners( 8mm any under bolts/nuts) and checking every nut and bolt and making small adjustments..

Its been a while since I updated this thread.. The 200 dirt bike and 200 quad are gone now.. So is the 150 quad.. All of them were still running well when I sold them about a year ago.. All went to people I know so i will continue to get updates on them..
Still have the 250, 125 and 2 mini utility quads(not Jetmoto's) I got the Jetmoto 250 Hunter back from my father in law. He is in his mid 70's now and is more comfortable on his riding mower than a quad. Its not running but id guess it only needs the carbs cleaned. The 250 and 125 are still going good. Both needed new batteries about a year ago. 2nd one for the 125 1st one for the 250.. Not sure how the stock 250 battery lasted 6 years but it was made at the first factory Jetmoto was using. Not the factory I spent 2 mos at in 2008.
Of the 2 mini utility quads i have only one is working now.. 1st one saw a lot of adult use and abuse in its time.. it has something broken on the swing arm/chain adjustment area... #2 hasnt seen near the abuse and still looks and runs like new..

Wow, good to hear from you on these. Kind of to bad Jetmoto went away, it seemed like they were pushing to get things right, or at least a lot better. I wanted one of those Warrior knock offs they were developing way back when.
