A buddy of mine has a 110cc mini hummer with automatic and the clutch seems sticking.

It will start taking off even at ldle (slowly though) we both have tried adjusting the slotted bolt on the right side of the engine but seems no difference.

Had the clutch apart and nothing seem unusual no broken or worn parts.

Using the right oil (Rotella T) and everything seems right but can't figure out what's wrong anyone has idea what to check next?

Adjust the idle screw on the carburetor simple as that

 

Its full auto, right? Because if your idle is to high your cluch will seem to engadge to early. So if you turn in the idle screw it wont do that. Also do you start at idle then slowly get faster.
