New 400cc Tank Scout Arrived

Without that its not easy to get a Chinese ATV registered here. I did it with my 04 Yamoto and even got a green sticker for it...But I was one of the last few who slipped by..
Does this Tank place sell in Ca? or just from Ca? I didnt see anything about their ATV'x being green sticker legal in Ca..

Yes they did have a few problems in the beginning. I went to register the 150 (2nd quad I got from them) and got tied up in a DMV investigation for 3-4 weeks. I wasnt even allowed to contact anyone at Jetmoto for that time. It was a real bummer because I had just started working with them on improvements and hop up items.. To get it all cleared up Jetmoto had to become a dealer in Ca.

Both my emails sent today to Jim at Tank-Sports were returned to me. I sent one asking for the tracking number he promised me 2 days ago and another notifying him that I was sick of the games, contacted a lawyer and would be dealing with California Motor Vehicle tomorrow. Hopefully it was recieved by Dona or James the other 2 people the email was sent to no that that really will matter they never return emails anyway. Very interesting.....

This is a copy of what I just emailed them along with the past month of email communication I have had with Jim, James and Dona. If they don't wake up after this I will follow through with the DMV complaint. I don't even know why I am allowing them another chance to correct the problem after all the times they have promised to do so and fell through
Here is a review of your company and the customer service I have recieved in the link below. Please read the attached emails too between Jim, James, Dona and myself. I can't seem to get anything accomplished with any of these people so I thought I would pass this mess over to the parts department and general inquiries. I had enough and hired a lawyer (my brother) to contact California Motor Vehicle tomorrow and file a complaint. I haven't asked for much but for your company to replace defective parts on the atv I purchase and all I seem to get is lies in return. I don't even have a title for this atv yet. I was told it would be shipped 2 weeks after the purchase date. Where is it??

Thanks again for all the great info. I passed it on to my brother who is a CT attorney and he is going to contact DMV to get the paperwork needed to file a complaint. They have ignored my emails once again for 2 days so far and I am still without a tracking number for my parts. They are really lucky I don't live locally. They'd for sure have this thing sitting in their showroom and not through the normal entry way If it was a $6-8k brand name atv i'd have the trailer loaded and be on my way already
Have your brother also check out what laws apply to sales out of state. I am pretty sure a number of consumer protection is afforded to resident or local/in state sales. Not sure how much does not apply to out of state sales. Since you no pay Cal sales tax, you probably big zero. )

Have him take a detailed read of the info I posted. Either directly or via those links there is most of the info he needs to get a solid jump on putting pressure on them. Remember Calif is having severe budget cuts and the State is basically shut down by nearly 20% and the already marginal workers are probably working at half speed. be patient on that end, don't let up on Tank.
