New 400cc Tank Scout Arrived

These are the original parts that were broken during shipping and the boot, seal and oring?
#112
It should be the lenses that were leaking and broken, controls switch, cylinder head, fuel shot off ****, pinion seal, rubber boot and o-ring. It says the shipment is 3.7 lbs so I am guessing something might be missing but we'll see. The tracking shows that the box will be delivered the 16th. I'll keep everyone updated

That's the whole reason why i'm flipping out. I have nothing at all yet. I bought this atv Nov 5th... and reported the first round of issues immediately

I wouldnt be very happy if it was me..

If there is no title in that ups box or missing one thing I am going to lose my mind. They've had a month to sit around and figure out what needs to be sent to me to resolve my issues

Good - Glad you are getting movement on resolving your issues.
Bad - Given they have a picture means they did nothing and now just started responding after all this time.
You will not get a title from Tank but documents to help you obtain a title in your state. You most likely need at least two things, MCO and invoice. The Certificate of Origin of Vehicle lists all the specific details of the quad you purchased.
Oh - and check out the link to the parts company they reference. They may likely become your best friend once your warranty free parts runs out.

The picture they took was of the UPS tracking number label with all my info on it. I tracked it and it says in transit with a scheduled delivery time of the 16th. I will check out that parts link too. I noticed a few on their website

I just recieved my mail and Tank-Sports sent my a Certificate of Origin for the Jianshe 400. It finally was mailed out on December 7th. I had to pinch myself to make sure it wasn't a dream. I am just glad to have recieved it
I am now realizing why this atv feels so underpowered. The Tank-Sports website and title tell me 2 different things about this ATV. The title states the ATV as having only 16.5 HP and the Tank-Sports site shows 23 HP as I was expecting. The maximum speed on the tank-sports site says 50 mph my title is telling my 40 mph which is more realistic. Talk about some false advertising. They are also showing the ATV to be 350 lbs as the shipping weight and Tank-Sports shows the weight of the ATV to be 595.2 lbs (before shipping) on their website. I attached a pic of the title so those who are interested can see for yourselves and a link to the Tank-Sports 400U ATV specs. Very interesting....

good news! so you are going to register your quad so its street legal? seems like speed is not very friendly to the mountain lion. mine goes 30mph pretty easy but i dont push it pased that, as it dosnt seem to like to go passed that. lol
