Im in California...Well Id guess they would know if parts from a Yamaha fit...I might take the old clutch plate to a motorcycle accessory type of shop and compare plates that way...We have a shop called Cycle Gear out here that has a wall of aftermarket clutch plates on it...Wouldnt take too long to compare a few of them..

Since youve had this machine a while....how do you like it? would you buy one again?

I'm from CT too. I would compare the clutch plates with a 2003-2006 Yamaha Big Bear 400 before ordering the chinese stuff. Just my opinion. I've been promised parts from an authorized Jianshe dealer (Tank-Sports) for over 3 weeks now and can't even get a tracking number out of this place. Just excuses

I would check this kit out at the dealer before you buy anything. Trust me you will have much better luck putting yamaha parts in if they match up

I am curious to know if thy are the same. Almost everything else is similar except made of cheaper materials in China. The head top end of the engine looks similar to 2003-2006 big bear but the cases look different and are usually stamped with the company name that distributes them. In my case my engine case says Tank on it

i would deffinatly buy this product again. that is if you have access to parts. Mine dosnt say tank anywhre on it in fact i had no clue about them until i went on this forum. mine is all jianshe and all mountain lion. i cant really compare them to name brand parts becauce my matchine is in the shop. and if i have them take it apart again (actuly im not sure if they took it apart at all) they will charge me. $75/per hour. you said that your dealer isnt working out great for you? the tank-sports dealer i am going to is 4 brothers motorsports in griswold.
