recieved the coil and cdi today from sunlpartsonline.com. i quickly put in the coil and cdi to see if it has spark... and it does. so now all i have to do is put the tank back on, clean up the wiring and ride. it sucks we fried stuff while welding, but for 17.95 it should be good again.

Hello could anyone post a wiring diagram for this Quad? I kinda have the same issue. I bought a sun l 100cc from someone and they completely destroyed the harness and I have no idea where to start. Thank you in advance.

 

What kind of quad again? I've never heard of a 100cc quad. 110cc perhaps? 150cc?

Is it a two stroke, or 4 stroke?

What exactly is the problem? Do the lights work? Does the starter turn? Does the starter turn when you short the solenoid posts? Do you have spark?

What is the history of this quad? Did it ever run in your presence? Why did the former owner mess with the wiring? What was he/she trying to solve?
