Need Help- Kazuma Falcon 150 keeps stalling

I need some help, bought my son a Kazuma falcon 150, let it sit one winter and tried starting it in the spring and it will not continue to run. Emptied the gas and put new gas in, tried cleaning the carb. The only way I can get it started is by spraying starting fluid in the carb intake and kept the throttle at full, if I release it stalls out-any insight?

Welcome to the forum king100!

Your carb isnt completely clean..The reason it runs at full throttle is the main jet is clean but the pilot jet is clogged...pilot jet is good for idle thru 1/4 throttle.. main jet is for the rest...
