Update, i got powe, but now, all that i get when i push the start button is a click from the starter soliend.

Think my starter is locked up or starter seloind is bad.

 

check the voltage on your battery, recharge the battery or jump the battery. sounds like a low battery to me(low battery will just click the solenoid). also, check for a fuse between your battery and the rest of the elec system. can you jump the solenoid with a screwdriver? OR, pull the starter and use jumper cables on starter to see if it spins, simple tests to check solenoid, battery, and starter operations. let us know how it goes......

 

i got a 5 pin CDI and its on a 125cc semi the issue was running shut off and tried to start 10 seconds l8r wouldn't start so i assume my CDI was gone. Bought racing one on eBay but it will take month going to local dealer to get a cheap 1 for now. tell ya soon if not then im in your boat =S

 

I need help figuring out why my 110 tao tao 4 wheeler has no power after putting in a new fully charged battery

 

my tao tao won't start unless I use a screwdriver on the solenoid I replaced the start switch on the handle bar and still nothing

No power to anything, or just starter solenoid? If the main fuse has blown, the electrics to lights and horn won't work unless engine is running. If it is just the solenoid, it could be the solenoid at fault, or the thin wires to it, or the safety lock out, usually a brake needs to be on, and if the switch on the brake lever doesn't work, it won't start.
