ZMC mini atv can't get it to idle lower. it takes off when i take break off

i remembered when i used to dirt bike and when i adjusted the idle screw it did the trick. I am starting to think that that is where my problem is.

i was under the impression if the idle screw is adjusted your atv will move without even having to give it gas. thanks for your ideas

got it working now. turns out it was in backwards.
still can't get to idle without the wheels spinning some when the back tires are lifted. are these mini atvs suppose to do that?
