It would depend on how far you want to go and the condition of your components (crankshaft, cyl head, bore, piston, etc). Are you just looking to rebuild the top end, or a perform a complete overhaul ? A complete overhaul would entail spliting the cases, whereas freshening the top end is a relatively novice task. If you are unfamilair with this type of engine, I highly recommend picking up a Honda E-22 manual such as a Clymers M311 for reference. It covers that engine platform in detail.
Another point to consider, new replacement engines can often be had for a cost comparable to a complete rebuild (depending on the condition of your components and figuring your time has a monetary value). A new engine will include everything except the carb, so your clutch, transmission, starter, stator and other components would all be new again.
If you would like a list of parts needed, a good inspection would be the place to start. From there, I would be happy to help you form a list, or even supply you with a complete engine.

We've always used the factory Honda manual for these engines, so I am not sure what's available online. Someone else may have a suggestion, but we usually recommend the M311 to our customers. You can easily locate the specs for this engine, but if you are in need of more instruction and cannot find a resource, it might be well worth your investment. If you decide the M311 is the way to go, PM me and I'll give you the best deal I can.
