Why do you say that, Moose? I've been riding for a long time, and see almost no difference between our bikes and those of our competitors. If you're looking for something to play around with at a cottage, they're a great alternative, considering the price difference. If you're looking for a professional grade bike to use in MX racing, you might want to look elsewhere, but engines and other parts are completely transferable between those in a Honda.

you better look again- like at the suspension, frame, bushings, motors & electrical system- chinese atv's are inferior in every way.
there's a reason why you won't see a chinese atv 100 miles out on some remote trail system.

I think we're comparing frozen pizza to have a real one delivered to the house.
You can get a cheaper pizza, but what about the toppings? Do they have the toppings you'll need or do they have to wait for government inspections to allow the toppings to be shipped from china, to Canada and then to the US?
You can spend 3k on a new chinese pizza or get a high quality used major vendor pizza for the same price. And if either have problems, that chinese pizza is gonna leave a bad taste in your mouth.

i just purchased a chinese quad for my son a bms te125cc, it rode for about 1 hour, broke down, would not start, nothing but problems since, the coil magneto was shot, flywheel shot, bolts and screws stripped, the job of repairing is almost impossible for someone without a degree in mechanics, this is what you get today, for spending over 800 (200 of which was shipping) i now have spent almost a week trying to fix, spent more money on parts, hassles with warranty people, etc, I WOULD NOT EVER BUY ANOTHER ONE OF THESE PIECES OF CRAP...you may have been fortunate to get the one out of a thousand with no problems, but most comments and problems ive seen are on chinese atvs, and i should have listened to people who told me not to buy one, now i have a day old piece of junk on my back patio, and im out a thousand bucks, WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN, if i cant afford a name brand next time, i just wont buy one...if your still considering buying chinese, go ahead dont say you werent warned....and hold your breath when you get it, hope you have a lot of patience, like i dont.
