hello, i have a 70cc eton viper 4 stroke. my problem is with the carb. it wont start.
the plug is dry
. i have fuel going to the carb and the bowl fills up.
-i have spark
i have taken off air filter and used my hand to cover the air filter opening and tried to satrt it and it has vaccuum and it sprays gas on my hand.
its a christmas gift if i can get it to run
please help

 

Maybe check the reed. Sounds like it may have a problem.
Pipe plugged???? Some have a screen (forestry approved) in the end of the pipe that gets gummed up. I'd check that first.

Oh yea...Etons are finely made Tiawanese machines...Not chinese...
