Plug 4 what?

Plug 4 what?
Whats this plug for? Can i rig up my lights of it (Power from magneto?).

I do not recognize that connector. Perhaps it is a transmission position sense connector? There is another set of wires coming out of the engine that looks more like the stator wires.

The other wires are from the Alternator, This set of wires are next to that plug and i have no real idea for there purpose?. 
My Quad engine is from "Chongqing Tianzhong Science & Technology Development Co" i believe (From stamped model number on engine TZH152FMH) - Quad frame VIN states its Suzhou VOLE, Anyway its a 110cc with kick start and electric start.
