Default Carb Question Konker sm 200

i have a konker sm 200. it lacks power , the plug is white and i am afraid that it may be runing to lean. i can get a dramatic power increse by removing the air box cover but again maybe to lean it has a mukuni carb with the markings 28 1123 and under that 2a 881 can you tell me how to adjust the carb or give me a tip on whether or not i need to re-jet and how the motor is made in a suzuki plant and resembels the dr200 se in fact it takes the same oil filter and spark plug. thanks for yer time and any info would be greatly appritiated

Welcome to the forums.

I have moved your post to a thread of it's own where it should get you more replies.

Most will come a little lean from the factory, just to pass any emission tests.

If it's really white, then you definitely will want to rejet. Not sure on which jet to switch to though. Have you done anything with the exhaust too?

Hopefully we can get someone with a little more experience on this one to chime in.

Definitely need the rejet if you opened up both intake and exhaust.

Burn a nice little hole in the piston if you don't.
