Default Tank Sports 250CC idle problem

My 2008 tank sports 250CC atv will not idle unless the choke is full on. I have replaced parts in the carb, still the same problem. Any suggestions on what might be the problem now. Could my adjustments be off? Any help would be great. Trying to get it ready to sell!

you will need to remove the jets, both of them, and clean them. clean all of the jet orifices and down the center of each of them. you have a fuel delivery issue. you need to see daylight through all of the orifices and down the centers. reinstall them. put it back together, start it and report back.

Take your needle and seat out as well, do they look scored or worn at all?

have you tried adjusting your idle screw - what I would do is get it running with the choke on does it rev right or does it rev HIGH.. I would start adjusting the idle screw and slowly closing the choke keep adjusting until you get a smooth idle with choke off... when the choke is open your allowing much greater flow of both air and fuel when it's closed your only allowing what the idle screw and A/F mixture screw is set to allow... I think adjusting these will cure your issue
