Thank you for posting your diagnostics and findings.
That is why it has been said again and again. Before you do anything with a chinese atv, locktite everything. Double check loose cables, proper ground, battery, fuel lines etc.
I had mine for about two years and during that time I had to replace the battery, carburetor, ignition key and remove the alarm because it stopped working.
The engines are bullet proof, they suffer a little on electronic quality control. It did its job with my kids and was passed on to another happy fella.

Depending on the make of the machine I am assuming you are running what is called a gold flip carb. Pz19 to be exact the air adjustments suck on those bikes they need to be reset. I have found that bottoming out the air and backing off one full turn then adjust the fuel ngk plugs run the best c7hsa is the size but with that adjustments should give you better throttle response. As far as framing goes they suck I work on the machines for a living and it's not easy as we speak I am reworking a go-kart with a 150cc horizontal engine that the clutches keep burning up with no power but great top end but after about an hour they are shot
