I sprayed starter fluid where the air filter goes and it stalled. I attached a diagram of my carb.

In the diagram, i Dont have part 29.
But that doesnt seem like it belongs on that jet

some main jets have the extra piece that screws on to it. i know not the technical term or why some have it, but if your jet has threads on the end where it would accommodate a piece like that, it would explain a lot. if not, i would think you either have the wrong microfiche diagram OR someone else has changed the jet to fit the filter/altitude/climate.

The electric "choke" is easy enough to check. Take it out and get yourself a 12v power source - usually the quad's battery. Note the distance of the needle. Attach the power source - no need to worry about polarity - and watch the needle. It should extend about a 1/2 inch within 5 minutes or so. That needle extends to shut off the extra fuel. It's not really a choke, it's a fuel enrichment valve.

Part 29 is the main jet and it should be screwed into part 16. Do you have two parts there?

My main jet doesnt have threads for that part.

Will testing the choke kill my battery?
Is there a youtube video how to do it?

Testing the choke will not kill your battery. I just explained how to do it. Pretty simple.

Can you post a pic of your main jet? I've been in a few of these CV carbs and am concerned about what you are telling me.
