How do i determine what size carb this is?

take your calipers and measure the intake. i believe that's the way to do it. i think it is the ID and not the OD for that measurement. i'm not sure. LT80, i know you would know.....

That is correct.

So, I take it you are giving up on the carb? Hopefully that fixes your issue.

I hope that is the issue. I figure its cheaper than taking it in.
