I wasn't able to follow the link from the link. I got nothing but error messages.

I was able to search youtube for Zeagle33 and play it from there.. I sounds like fuel issues to me. I doesn't sound like my bad CDI that won't accelerate from idle.

Did you ever try the starting fluid test to see if the engine will accelerate beyond you current limit with a different fuel source?

I got the exactly same problem with a 500 sportsman efi, any1 got solution for this problem?
Just that i can drive for a minute or two, then that happen..

fuel delivery issue. clean the carb, pull the jets out, clean the jets. it's needing fuel, it's starving for fuel. make sure all of the orifices are clean! as spotlessly clean as possible.
your carb may not be identical, but the principle is the same.

Did the starting fluid in carb and it stalled. Put gas in plug hole and no real difference.
Any ideas?
Im going to go thru the carb tuning sticky very carefully 1 more time

Is that the stock airfilter or did you put it on ?

Its a uni filter and i put it on. I have the stock one but i could not find a replacement filter pad so i switched it up.
Could that be the problem?

Try putting on the stock filter and see what happens, could be getting to much air. It's worth a try.

I've actually had it running with box the stock filter on, no air filter, and the uni-filter on it. all 3 ways to doesn't run very well.
Although with the uni-filter I have not put oil on it yet
