With mine (all 5 of them) the jets get very dirty in these carburetors. It is an easy fix if that is the problem. 2 10MM bolts hold on the carb, and a needle at the top you can remove with plyers. take the bowl off the bottom (2 phillips) and clean it out with carb cleaner. If you look at the bottom of the carb you will see 2 brass (gold color) flat head screws. Take one out, take a needle and clean the center and the small holes on the sides, put it back in. Repeat this for the other one. Clean out the needle port (top of the carb) and the beather inlet (where the butterfly is).
When putting the needle back in, the sides with the slots should face the sides of the four wheeler, the black piece should slide all the way into the carb with no force so it can screw back on.

not the carb
yeah i went through the whole carb thing about 6 months ago and thats the first thing i checked and cleaned even though it was clean i cleaned it so i dont think its the carb im not sure but i ordered the carb rebuild kit the air fuel mix screw the tiny piece of metal on the end is kind of bent and deformed so im gonna try that its got alot of things i have to do to it like it doesnt have a battery i use the kick start to run it, its definitely a work in progress thanks for the input!
