Default Kazuma Jaguar 500 ignition issue

Hello. I was hoping someine out there might be able to help with an issue I have with my new Jaguar 500. The bike starts well and runs perfectly and intermitantly will not start. This could be after 1 hour or 4 hours. I sent the CDI unit back as that appeared to have failed. I put the new one in and away it went again. After about 1 hours riding it did the same again. It would turn over but not start. I checked the spark and it had none (new plug). About an hor later it started no issues. I rode it for another couple of hours and once again no spark. I bought another CDI unit and when it arrived rode the bike and when finaly it wouldn't start I changed the CDI unit with the brand new one and it still didn't start ?? I winched it back onto the trailer and gave it one more try and away it went. Can anyone shed some light on this gremlin. Thanks Rod.

on your quick connects, check the wiring coming out of the stator and then the one that plugs into your CDI. use the pull/tug method. sometimes, even new ones, the little connectors inside the plastic quick connect, become loose and back out a little bit.

Thanks for that. I have checked the connections on the CDI unit and they look fine. I have ordered a new Stator and regulator, they should be with me this week. I am not sure I am not getting voltage spikes as well as the first CDI unit was fried ??? What do you think?
