Timing after new stator
Well I finally got my stator in for my sons 100cc sunl, while I was installing it to the plate look over to my son (very interested in mechanics) spinning the housing... I'm lost is there a quick way to time these or do I have to pull it apart to find tdc? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm a little confused. Either I'm not understanding the problem, or perhaps you think you have a problem when you do not...
The stator goes on only one way. The flywheel that spins around the stator is keyed to the the crankshaft with a woodruff key, so it only goes on one way too. There is no mechanical ignition timing adjustment. It is fixed and cannot be changed.

Sorry I seemed to have an id10t error.. The new stator what's hitting fly wheel Notch making a horrible sound.. I thought just bent valves... i just finished digging deeper into the know and why I still had no spark... I adjusted it and it seems fine.. I finally have spark but no more daylight.. So have to finish it tomorrow... Thanks ( I feel so dumb)... Again thanks
