I think this forum is quite helpful, its great to see people helping others with diagnosis and troubleshooting, and its even better to hear that people have got their vehicles going!!!

check the fuse, should be a fuse holder which will come from the positive side of battery lead

is it leaking from air filter, or from the carb. Good to see that its cranking awesome job so far dude.

Can you shut off the petrol some bikes have a **** you can twist to stop petrol leaving the tank, then I would test spark.

Take lead off spark plug, remove spark plug, put lead back on plug and sit that resting on the motor making sure its touching metal, then crank and watch for a spark at the end of the plug. Then its carby clean out time, that's always a fun one!!....on the other hand, you are getting closer!!!!

your float is stuck open. pull carb and clean the needle valve and its recess.

okay it has spark, but as jaster said the needle is stuck open due to float valve, time to remove carby, should be 2 bolts that hold it on and take the fuel line off the top of it.

On bottom on carb will be some screws ranging from 2-3-4 once you take the bottom off you will see a float system wthe way that works is when the float is down fuel will come in, when enough fuel is in the carb the float will move up and close it off until more is required.
