Default youth manufacturers

Hi all new here but not to atvs. My brother and I are are looking to purchase 50cc atvs for our kids. I was wondering if there is a list on here or if anyone knows what manufacturer make which brands? I know polaris 50 is made by aenon. Does aenon make there own engine? Also what other brands do they make? Kasea is made by SMC (standard motor company) what other brands do they produce? Who makes their engines? who makes the suzuki and kawaski 50s?
We are looking to by used atvs and in Missouri where suzuki, kawasaki, eton, kymco, and polaris is popular. The kasea sounds like the best one out there but very hard to find around here. I am mostly interested on info on theses brands with 2 cycle engines.

I have read a few post on here and found some info on here If anyone has more info on this subject I would appreciate it. Thank you

bought a chinese youth atv for my (then 7 yo) and it was the biggest POS i ever brought home- brand new, from day one, electrical issues, suspension & chassis issues / falling apart / lose parts- thing was too narrow and unstable- would roll over very easily.

sold that for 1/2 of what I paid for it after a couple of months, and bought my son a kawasaki KFX 50- this is a very well built, sturdy and stable atv- my son loves it. not a single issue with it- electric start. paid $700 for it- hardly used- it's a 2009 kfx50.

I'm pretty sure the KFX50 is a Tiawanese machine. Suzuki is a Suzuki (and not worth buying imo).
Any Tiawanese mini will be a fine machine.
DRR/DRX and Apex are the best 50's these days.

yep- you're right.
My manufacturer tag says "tiawan" on the frame...
but still 100% better built then those cheapo chinese atv's.
I'm not familiar with the other 3 brands you listed-
I'll be looking to upgrade his kfx 50 to a polaris sportsman 90 by the end of the summer. I like oversized, underpowered atv's for my kids.

Seems like the only small ones that I've seen that weren't made in Taiwan was the 1984 LT50 Suzuki I bough for my son(Japan) and the first small youth Ktm bikes(Polini) Italian engines. Seems now though almost all are clones of each other and most are made either in Taiwan or mainland China.

Geez yes. To be honest, I consider the Tiawanese mini's better than the japs in many ways.
The DRR/DRX is the same company but different models.
