Default new carb issues on a redcat 110

I decided to replace the carb on my non-functional redcat 110. Now it starts and runs but fuel POURS out of the front of the carb, soaking the filter. I tried adjusting the fuel mixture to closed but that didnt help. When i pulled the bowl to check for the gel, i couldnt find any. I replaced the bowl the same way it came off. This replacement was because the original was very badly messed up from sitting ofr years. Someone please help me so i can reclaim some garage floor space! Thank you!

You need to check that the float in the bowl floats and that the needle moves to shut of the fuel when the bowl is full. Hope that helps
