Hi. I am new to forum. I own a 300 Rustler Linhai. 720 miles in clock. It s a 2007 model, i do not ride it a lot. 1)It does nt want to idle, I used carb cleaner, and also took of carb and clean it. But still will not idle? 2) The weekend I pressure cleaned it and now when switch to reverse it jerks and stalls (sounds like back fire)


What can be the problem

 

So you pulled & cleaned the jets in the carb, right? Power washing like opt said does strange things to the electrical system, sometimes you just let it dry out

 

Hi the idle problem has been for a long time, I do nt ride it a lot. Then when I power wash it now it stalls and backfires when reversing . But forward all 100% How do the reverse function? Is there wires that could be loose or something else???

 

I used to have a linhai 300cc & I can't remember if it had a reverse limiter on it or not
