Default Coolster 125 ATV leaking gas from bottom of engine.

I just bought a brand new Coolster 125 ATV for my son and when I turned on the gas valve it started leaking gas out of the bottom of the ATV. It was not a small leak but a big leak. When I turn off the valve it stops. This is a brand new ATV and can't believe my luck. The company I bought it from won't return calls and emails and there are no authorized retailers in my area. Does anyone have any simple trouble shooting suggestions. Thanks.

Is it coming from the fuel bowl drain tube off the carb? its run down below the engine. Their may be a little screw used for draining the fuel bowl that may have not been tightened. It will be right above where the tube is on the bottom of the fuel bowl. You could also have a stuck float in the carb and its coming out the overflow. Give the carb a few light taps with a screwdriver and see if it stops.
