New stator came the other day have not had time to install yet.

Default F#$$%&%$$#$ please someone help

I got the part down to the shop and tred to install it. had to modify the harness to put the right connectors on it, so it would fit in the plug. Got it all ready to go on the bike and it is too big in circumference to go on the bike damn it. I have no idea what to do now I've tried a 6 pole I've tried an 8 pole. I've tried the original 7 pole. I replaced the CDI box. I replaced the spark plug. I replaced the coil. I checked every connectionfor continuity. why in the fSpam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word * won't this thing make spark??? Please someone help

I put all the original parts back on the bike I was going to take it to a shop in Wichita KS and Oh my god.
There is a green mini plug looking thing by the brake lamp. I will bet this is a dead man switch. I cant believe this. I don't have the dead man switch. I am told I just need to connect those two wires together. If this works I will be both ashamed and elated.

oh my god I am so embarrassed it was the green plug on the back of the ATV the Deadman switch, I did know about the Deadman switch for this bike. I connected the terminals and now the bike starts my son has been riding it around for 3 hours

well, dang. glad it was an easy fix. i forgot all about the rear tether kill switch. duh?! sometimes we can't see the forest because of the trees.......glad you got it going. Jr must be ecstatic and grinning ear to ear while riding.

I am now working on another 90cc Chinese quad the key switch is busted I jumped it for now. Have got it running (on starting fluid) it has fuel problems I think I will need to go through the carb ( the fuel line was blocked solid)

So because of all the "work" I did on this one, I am confident it will be bringing a smiles soon!

My son is telling me that I need to tell you all that he fell off the quad and it ran over his leg, But not to tell his mom!!!
Thank goodness for the safety equipment
