I just bought an eton viper 90r. It was sitting for 2 years. I took apart and cleaned the carb, new battery, fresh gas. Start..no.. No fire..i replaced the regulator, had fire. Now can make it start by shorting starter with screw driver or kick start. Nothin electonic work, lights, horn, starter... Fuse is good... Dont know anything about these atvs...maybe bad cdi, will it start if its bad? Also it will not go into gear, its electric.. Any help appreciated.

Your problem will probably be the main wire from fuse to ignition switch to lights starter button etc. Could be the switch its self.
