Default 2005 Baja Wilderness Carburetor?

I tried to clean mine out and put new seals, but still a no go. Do you have a good vendor on where I can purchase one? I see a lot on eBay but they are not exactly the same. I did find one on the Italy eBay site but the seller never responded on shipping to the US.

Any thoughts? Or maybe a known good alternative?

Wow, almost 100 views and not one reply. This model must be a dead end.

Not a Chinese guy, don't know what size engine you have ,but several listed on ebay.http://www.ebay.com/itm/China-Atv-Quad-Engine-Motor-Carburetor-Carb-90cc-BAJA-90-Canyon-Wilderness-Trail-/191322640693?hash=item2c8bb7d135&vxp=mtr http://www.ebay.com/itm/PERFORMANCE-CARBURETOR-BAJA-BA90-CANYON-90-U-WILDERNESS-WD90-WD90-U-90CC-ATV-NEW-/290985468865?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item43c015e3c1&vxp=mtr http://www.ebay.com/itm/PERFORMANCE-CARBURETOR-BAJA-BA90-CANYON-90-U-WILDERNESS-WD90-WD90-U-90CC-ATV-NEW-/290985468865?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item43c015e3c1&vxp=mtr

Thanks guys for the replies. Engine on this beast is a 250cc 4 stroke. Issue will be how it bolts to the intake as well as the accelerator cable routing. I honestly dislike the electronic choke as it just adds to more issues that can happen. Here are some pics of it.

Trying to understand this slide carb. No fuel is getting to the bowl. I tried some compressed air to see if maybe the float was stuck. Even with some pressure and tapping the bowl, I get some air out a hose coming out the top of the carb. Is this supposed to hook up to some vacuum source? If so, where is it located?

It is a constant depression carb. The vacuum passages are internal and the "extra" pipes are breathers, they usually just go up, except the one on the bottom of the float bowl which must hang down as it is a drain for if the float chamber overflows. I note what appears to be a bit of gasket "goo" round the float chamber seal on the last picture. Gasket goo is not a good idea round this joint as, if a bead runs round the inside, it can catch the float, making it stick open or closed.

Yup, that is exactly what happened. I opened the carb up yesterday and the silicone I used hit the float and it was stuck. I now have fuel to the carb. I tried to start it up, but it just clicked. I was going to remove the plug as it may be flooded now, but the plug is a different size than the two spark plug sockets I own. Had to attend my sons friends birthday party, so I had to put it on hold.

I used the silicone as I can't find an o-ring that large anywhere. I tried to put a very small bit of silicone and let it dry for a little while before installing the bowl, but it must have been wet enough in the silicone to spurt out a little on the float.

Removed the plug and spun the starter and a bunch of fuel came out. Put the plug back in and started it up. Albeit ran terrible but at least I know it runs. Carb is garbage, so will get a new one once I know the gearcase fix comes out ok.

Constant depression carbs are expensive to make compared to slide carbs so the one on your machine won't be "garbage." I don't like auto chokes but, cleaned out, it should run fine. The bowl seal can normally be re-used, unless split, as the fuel level is slightly below it and if there were a tiny weep, it just vaporises.
