I got an 07 sunl 110 and when it is warmed up with the choke on it goes. I can't turn the choke off because it kills the motor so I run half open. I would like to put an aftermarket carb on it but I need suggestions on a setup. I read the 22mm mikuni will work but what jet setup should I use.thanks for the help

 

Try cleaning out the carb you have, it must have worked when new so some of the jets will be blocked with dirt.

 

Try turning out the fuel screw a turn or so.. if it doesnt get better your carb needs cleaning like merryman suggested.

 

More than likely the pilot jet is plugged. You can clean it or just buy another that is not an EPA carb. Whygostock has 2 different carbs available.
