Hi guys. I have a 110cc semi auto 3 speed and reverse Chinese quad it's been around the block so I'm unaware exactly what make model but im sure they are all very similar.

Here's my problem. Firstly, The foot pedal is really stiff when changin gears, any ideas?

Secondly when I select a gear often or not it will just rattle/ grind and pop out of gear.

To sort this problem I've complexity stripped the engine to reveal the gear housing and no obvious problems from what I can see so does anyone know if perhaps I'm missin. Something obvious?

Please help it's frustrating the heck out of me!
