Fuel spilling out of Carb

Well guys, the ATV gods are still not happy. I installed the brand new carb, and was happy to see that no gas leaked from it. However, no amount of laying on the starter even got the thing to burble. I hand choked the air intake tube with no results.
I haven't checked compression yet, but can't think of anything else to look at.
Ideas????

Just check ebay and see if anything they have might work.http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw...astic&_sacat=0

I checked compression today and it registered 105. I'm not sure what it's supposed to be, but that seems fine. I popped out the plug and checked for spark and it's doing it's job too. The plug is wet when I pull it out. I lay on the starter and get no results. I'm stuck again without knowing which direction to go.
Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks!

Looking at the Dinli 90 engine, looks very similar to the older Polaris 90. Minimum compression on Polaris 90 shows to be 115 psi so you're kinda sorta down there. Our gear cases from the factory were filled with oil that looked almost as thick as 80/90 but the Polaris gear case oil for these was consistency of engine oil.Probably any atv gear case oil you can get at a lot of auto stores would be good enough.
