Default flywheel/magnito puller 2011 taotao 125D

starter chain replacement dont see a way to put the new chain on without pulling the magnito off but dont know the size of the bolt 22/23 mm im guessing


took starter sprocket off



do the 3 allen screws have to come out?

Looks like a Honda E22 clone engine, so Honda Cub flywheel pullers should fit. The allen bolts don't have to come out unless you are replacing the one way clutch. I have used the allen screw holes holes to make a three leg puller when I couldn't get the proper one, but it is risky as you are in trouble if a thread strips.

im really not seeing why you cannot put the chain on over top? Does the chain not have a master link so you can pop it apart if needed.

No there is no master link and there is a guide that prevents me from just slipping it on

You can get a cheap 3 leg puller from Harbor Freight. They come in handy for all sorts of stuff. I had also bought one of those clutch pullers for my old Honda Odyssey and so far it's most everything I own (Chinese, Yamaha and KTM).

Can't get the bolts off with an impact

What bolts? The 3 allen bolts? If so, didn't someone already answer that for you?
