Hello,
I just pick up a 2007 Baja 250 Quad. I have 3 issues with it.
Issue #1:
When I push the electric start button it makes a clicking noise that comes close by the battery but will not start. It will start every 5th time or do. Please see the video. Anyone knows what part needs to be replaced?

Issue #2:
It starts great and idles smooth, but as soon as you give it more than 1/4 throttle it will bog down. The same happens when I am in neutral. if I leave the choke open it runs normal? Please watch the video.

#3 :
The speedometer and odometer seem not to work. All lights light up and it counts down the numbers when you first turn it on? I did a little research and I think it might be the speed sensor? Is there anyway to confirm its the speed sensor.
I hope that had it still have the same quad could guide me into the right direction.

Issue 1, First thing to do is put a 12v high wattage test lamp between earth and the pos post on the starter, switch on, press start button, if solenoid clicks and lamp doesn't light, faulty solenoid, or bad earth if you earthed your lamp to the engine. To tell which, earth the lamp to the neg post of the battery and try again.
If the lamp does light when earthed to the engine, you have a faulty starter. They can get intermittent when the brushes are worn, so testing the starter on it's own, or shorting the solenoid, doesn't always give the correct diagnosis.
Issue 2, Can't tell much from the video, but the symptoms you describe are a partially blocked jet. Clean the carb out.
Issue 3, No idea, but speed sensor, or the wires to it, are most likely at fault.
