Default Does HSP need a clutch kit?

Hey does the HSP trailblazer 250 pipe need to have a clutch kit put in to use it? How does it work? HSP says no mods are needed for it just wondering if i got it, how it would work, does anyone have a HSP pipe on with the stock clutch kit?

A while back i was thinking of getting just the pipe. I think i rememeber finding out that you dont need any mods to make it work. So if my memories right, you can just get the pipe by itself.

You need a clutch kit to get the most hp out of the pipe. The stock kit will not reach the powerband of the pipe.

You can run the pipe without the clutch kit, but it is a lot better with the clutch.
