Default o1 trailboss belt adjustment

I'm in the process of adjusting the belt on my dads 01 trailboss. I took out a shim in the driven clutch and it still has one in it. I have the 1 1/8 freeplay in the belt that it calls for, but
the belt rides out of the driven clutch about 3/16 in. Does that seem to be o.k. The belt should pull into the driven clutch when under power and be o.k. by my estimation. If I put the old belt back on, I have 1 1/4 freeplay and the belt sticks out maybe about half the 3/16.
Also the measurement on the center to center on the drive clutch and driven clutch is right on the money at 10 in.

Thanks in advance for any input....

The belt should ride on top of the driven clutch at 1/8" or so, so it sounds close. Check out this link for some more technical info on clutch tuning. This is Cob's page... Here

Thanks NC, I was pretty sure it was fine but I thought I would see what everyone else have
expirienced. I've only had the cover off my H.O. once to put in the white spring and its been awhile.

Thanks again.
