just wondering how much these babies can actually push around

 

It is actually quite amazing how much snow they will push. It all depends of coarse, on the weight of the snow. The heaviest snow I have pushed at one time was about 11 inches last april. I was using my 375 and although it took awhile It got it all cleaned up. As far as stacking snow I have yet to see anything short of a end loader do any better. I have 2 piles now that are over 8' high ( I will get some pictures up soon) and if you get the "tecnique" down, in therory there is no limit to how high it can get. I have been plowing now for 3 years with the 4 wheeler and it beats walking behind a snowblower hands down. Keep in mind also that they do have there limits and snow blowers are better suited for smaller areas with no place to put the snow.

i ride every weekend and the snow dont slow me down.
i have some pics of my cat in the snow on my page check them out.

 

Last weekend we got 15 inches of snow and the 400I moved it with ease. Then it warmed up and we had some freezing rain and the snow got heavy. I was still able to plow it but I had to make a few passes. I Still haven't had to put the chains on although I probable should have. Mike is right on with his comment about stacking the snow high, the highest I have got it (so far) is as high as the ATV. Mudblaster has some awesome snow picts. too.

Plowing with a 4wheeler is like turning work into fun!! I've plowed with a old style 2000 400 AC and with my new 2003 TRV . Both worked awesome. I dont think there is a tractor that can compete! Even works good on gravel driveways. Traction hasnt really been a problem (even with the crappy stock dunlops) Works great on small parking lots and streets and can do a much better job than a truck with a plow.
