Default 4x4 problem

Hi , I have a 4x4 problem...2004 sp 500 ho. I broke the right front yoke, got a new universal joint and yoke, installed it and still dont have any pull on that wheel!!! Talked to dealer and took it all apart again cleaned everything and found the armature plate bent a little... straightned it and reinstalled all parts... and same result ..machine only pulls on three wheels... any Ideas.
My dealer is not close enough to visit, have to ship the machine...Thanks Rodney..

If your armature plate was bent you will need to replace it. The tolerance is only 0.0015" so I see no way of straightening it.

Probably not, it just means your 2WD won't work.
