Default CLUTCH WON'T DISENGAGE

You guys have been helpfull in the past so mabybe you could help me with this. I replaced the clutch on my warrior and it seems to engage (i can drive it) but it won't disengage, so when i pull in the clutch it still moves, i can't push it when it is in gear as it is always engaged, I checked the plates and have no play. I was thinking maybe i didn't tighten the springs enough, or maybe to much. I tried adjusting it but nothing, maybe more adjusting? I can't figure it out on my own so any help would be very much appreciated. thanks.
