i just too the plug out of my 400ex and the tip was white, what dose this mean? whut color should it be if it is jetted perfectly? thanx!

 

Oh man, brain fart... I think it's cause the combustion chamber is too hot, caused by a lean setting. Don't quote me on that though.

i like a light tan color. a white means the jets are too small.

white is lean. black is rich, and anything in between is good.

See the FAQ section. I would say you are running lean (hot), and that can mean engine damage! Have you done any mods, like a K&N or a pipe or something, that whould have changed your fuel/air mixture???
