Go to the dealer or an aftermarket shop and get some rubber spacers for the front springs

I purchased 2 pair of coil spring spacers from Polaris because my Xplorer was doing the same thing. They're $15.99 a pair and they made a big difference. When I don't have the plow on, I don't even realize they're there. Check out my photos, I have a picture of them installed. It took about 15 minutes to do and it was pretty simple.

Good pics Matt, always helps to show what you mean. I think the ideal setup is the way you did, put two on each side...I have the same thing...don't leave them in though...

I have a question on these spacers. I bought a set and installed them in my 04.5 700 w/ the Glacier plow. They seemed to go in too easy. Even with the plow lifted, the spring does not compress onto the spacer. I can spin them around and pull them in and out even with the plow lifted. Is this right? I was expecting them to limit the front end sag and be a paint ot install, but it seems they only work when you hit a big bump or something.

Thanks Elkbow. I was planning on taking them out in the spring once the snow is gone and putting them back in next fall. Have you had any problems with leaving them in? Just curious.

I don't leave mine in and don't have any problems putting them in and taking them out, but only did it once since my machine is new. Not like I get much snow here, I bought the Glacier setup because of the 20% off they had online. Its not a problem to leave them in for the winter, but if you plan on doing alot of off-roading, then you'll lose your suspension on the front end, which is handling, etc.....stiff ride on the front.

Davenh....they should fit fairly snug, shouldn't be loose.
