I have been troulble shooting the starting system.. I have checked the wiring for continuity and have traced down to the nutral switch. I removed the plastic cover and unplugged the nuetral and reverse switches.. I then used a clip and grounded the male connector. The nuetral lite came on and hit the start switch and VOILA the starter motor turned on..
So need info on how to remove and test the nuetral switch..

to refresh the Quad is a Honda 250 fourtrax..

PS the reverse lite comes on when grounded .. The headlite works and so does the dimmer switch. So the handlebar switches all seem to work ok..

I need a lot of info.. For instance the fuel system.. I dont think the throttle mechanism is right.. It goes down to the carb but doesnt look like a normal setup as in a car?? So how does this work???

I need a Honda repair manual.. Anyone??
