Working on a 2005-700, the fuel pump is not coming on when you turn on the key, I hooked 12 volts to te pump directly and it will run, but not getting 12 volts through wiring, checked all wires and all three have continuity but only showing 5 volts on red-white wire which should be the positive , purple white goes to speedometer and is only showing 4 volts, any ideas? is there a fuse? anyone have a wiring diagram for it? Found orange wire pulled out of bottom of fuse box.
