Default Gio 110 hummer clutch

Need information about how to remove centifugal clutch and also on clutch adjustment. There is a screw with locknut on the outside of the case but it is now connected to anything on the inside. Would like to have parts illustration. The reason for all this is that the case gets very hot after 20 or 30 minutes of running and the clutch slips. Is there a special oil needed?

Thanks
Don

Welcome to the forum c696!

The screw with the lock nut isnt attached to anything, but does push up against the clutch. The screw/nut is for adjusting the clutch. I adjust the one on my Honda 50 and Jetmoto 125 the same.. loosen the nut, while keeping the nut loose turn the screw in until it stops. Turn the screw out 1/8 of a turn and tighten the nut.

I dont use a special oil in either of mine...Valvoline 10w-40.
