sportsman 500ho

I have a 2001 sportsman 500 ho. when in awd only 3 wheels turn, right front will does not turn was wondering what could be wrong.

Power to one wheel,or fliud in the hub is low.

could be the coil, or a wire broken, and could be the fluid.

I put new brakes in I checked the hubs there was barley any oil in them at all
