I bought my grandsons two of the Fushin 110. I have had nothing but trouble with them starting and having nuts and bolts falling out. I'm to the point where a good service manual would be nice. I can't get any help from the dealer or from Fushin USA. Does anybody know if there is such a book? If anybody buys one of these things I hope they have lots of time on their hands and like to work on things.&

 

Yes, you have to be on top of the nuts and bolts and keep them tight. Get some thread locker (Loctite 242) and apply on all screws/nuts that you don't want coming loose. You have to get the thread locker inside the the thread/nut interface - it sets up in the absence of oxygen so it won't work by simply applying it outside the tightened pair.

Most people with chinese quads end up going through the entire quad eventually.

Most 110cc quads are very similar, so even another brand manual will be helpful.

 

A lot of the trouble on these things can be avoided by going over the ATV's with a wrench and loctite, as basically you are doing a PDI. Any bolt that goes through plastic remove and loctite, check the motor mounting bolts, and so forth. I did this on my last MIC atv and I had NO issues with bolts rattling loose that I put loctite on.

This is really nothing out of the ordinary on ATV's, I even had bolts rattle out my fathers new Honda. When we put them back in his fenders they got loctite put on the threads!

Also make sure you change the oil that they came shipped from the factory with.
