Default Powervalve/ Oil Gunk?

I know there are probably post about this on here already I just dont feel like looking. Ok so I have heard that these high performance oils like klots, and amsoil performance ect. gunk up powervalves. I was told that honda oils and suzuki oil is the way to go because it doesnt. What are you opinions/ experiences with this? I was told this by my local mechanic/ good friend. Any input would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Tripp

Gunk comes from lousy oil and/or excessive oil ratio.

I run Amsoil Saber Professional... This is there meanest oil, aimed at small, high revving, air cooled 2 strokes.

I just use it in everything, even the 4 stroke push mower, and get the same great results in everything. It protects well and burns clean. In fact my exhaust ports and piston domes are cleaner in these engines than my big 4 strokes.

I mix the stuff at 80:1 and run it in all of them. Even my liquid cooled 400cc.

Right now I am debating a real lean mix for my big 4 strokes, just for a little extra lubrication.

(this is the only Amsoil product I use by the way)
