my accessory plug on light pod not working do i have fuses also have dual red with white stripe wires under front light pod cover comeing from harness dont no what they go to. also a three hole plug in same location open with nothing to plug to any suggestions thanks.

 

Fishey, I have 2004.5 600 and the repair manual shows a brown and red wire going to the accessory plug. It shows a 10 amp fuse on the red wire. Check to see if the spade connector is just loose, that happened to me. As far as the two red/white striped wires, manual says "ACC #2 located below head lamps". I have know idea exactly what it is for though. Hope this helps you.

 

The red and white wire is for another accessorie like your winch control switch which is what I used it for. Which from what I heard is what polaris put it there for.

 

 

This connector works for many ATV's to plug in whatever you want.
Just cut it in half and you have 2 pigtails.

tHANKS GUYS THE INFO U GIVE ME WAS VERY USEFUL

 

red/wires are for hand warmers, winch switch, addons. i used both of my accessorie power wires and ran them to a fuse block under my front cargo box. this way there fused in an easy access area.

the white plug with the 3 wires if for troble shooting the speedo.
